somewhat of a holy grail is the mastering of song arrangement. Im interested in learning how different people approach song arrangement and would like to know if there are any good threads/links i can check out.
I've tried a few techniques:
1 copying arrangement changes of a released track, but using all my own sounds
2 creating many 8 bar loops in session loop, then recording to arrangement view. i then try to link song parts and add fills and sweeps
arrangement tips?

Re: arrangement tips?
Of course, depending on what kind of music you wish to create, pretty much every pop song on the radio has the typical arrangement: intro-verse1-chorus-verse2-chorus-interlude-chorus-outro. Or something damn close to it. but really you can make a HUGE variety of arrangements work if you do it with a specific intention.
