Saving Supatrigga settings

I am the only one who gets a serious error message every time I try and save my supatrigga settings, its a real pain resetting them everytime i reload ableton.

I am running Ableton 4 on XP

i think he mean the kvr forums

still not much help, has anyone else found a fix to this, it seems to recurr across applications, especially cubase and ableton
