What are your min/max settings in the Mapping Browser?

Post by Tyrexionibus » Fri Jul 23, 2010 9:29 pm

After knowing the existance and importance of the Mapping Browser in Live 7, I'm taking a look at the settings in it.

I have noticed that the EQ Three's maximum is set to 6.00 dB . This is not like many mixers (for example, my Pioneer DJM-400 has a minimum of -Infinite and maximum of +9.00 dB).

So here comes the question: what are your settings in the Mapping Browser?

EQ Three, for example. What are your min/max settings in the His, Mids and Lows?

As I said in the 1st thread, my mixer goes from -Inf to +9.00 dB . However Live is set as default (with a max of +6.00 dB).

its set to -inf to 0. i dont fancy peaking, and if i want to peak i sure as hell wouldnt peak with eq3 when you could go with multiple poles on eq8 instead ;)
