Back to Arrangement Quantize please

Hello,


when recording any session view scenes, I assign "back to arrangement" to a Button on my Apc.

I am recording drums scenes (bashing apc on 1/8th quantize)onto a track that contains previously arranged clips on it. AKA doing drum fills.

Pressing back to arrangement NOT exactly in time usually causes clicks.
as the "scene" abruptly turns into the "arrangement", and notes get cut off..

Alllowing "back to arrangement" to be quantized i believe, would allow for reducing clicks and provide tidier arrangements on the fly.
Which IS what live is all about, I believe.

someone try it to see what i mean. and what you think please?

never tried it but perhaps assign a dummy clip to trigger the back to arrange button?

Back to arrangement is not automatable either.
