Where can i download older versions of Live

I would like to install again Live 3 or maybe even Live 2 because i just found some nice sounding older tracks that dont really translate n the new versions... seems that the old low quality mode is missing somehow..

is there a location where i can download the old installers? and is it safe to install them or will the screw newer versions of live?

If that is the case i might install them on an external harddrive..

you can download older versions of Live here: http://www.ableton.com/latest_versions.
Please keep in mind that Live versions prior to 5.2 are not Universal Binary applications, so you may experience problems when running them on Intel-Macs.
