Not able to assign midi controls in M-Audio O2...

Apologies if this is a really lame question but I can't assign any of the pots on my M-Audio O2 keyboard to any faders/pan etc on Live 8.

Midi data looks like it's going in as I can play keyboard no problem and the lights are flashing in the top right corner next to KEY indicating midi is going in.... but no movement on anything I'm trying to control. I've selected the control on Live that I want to assign so it's highlighted but nothing when I move any of the pots on O2.

Very frustrating.

Any ideas anyone? This is the first time I've tried mapping. Have I got the O2 set up correctly to do this?

In Live's MIDI preferences, make sure you have "Control" option for the O2's MIDI In and Out turned on in the MIDI Ports section.

I just figured it out... it helps if you leave Midi mapping first for the changes to take effect..!
