audio to midi in live

hi all
just one question........ say i have 3 drums mics coming into live on 3 audio tracks....if i want to use these audio tracks to trigger other samples....both legato and drum hits....how would i do that please?????

maybe look at ktdrumtrigger, or the pizmidi suite of plugins

you could try extracting the groove (which produces a midi file) and then drop that midi file on to a new track containing the samples you want to use...

I havent tried this on a full length track, so not sure how successful it would be.
