Can't automate sends!

I can't seem to automate sends in clips (session view). I can automate volume and pan OK, but my send curves seem to be ignored.

I've got Live sets with working send automation in (e.g. Machinate's "Anarchist SendMangler") but I can't seem to reproduce them, even though I'm sure I'm doing the same thing.

Any idea what I've missed? Or does it look like this is a bug?

You need to turn the send up manually first, then the send envelope acts as an offset between full and zero, using your manual level as the full amount.
