Looks like a great product but

You have to tone down the graphics and colour scheme

That is seriously headache inducing.

colours in touchAble are flashy and vibrant cause performer has to visualize all the menus, modules, functionalities really quick, Ipad it is not a 25 inch screen, believe me when you are playing with controllers on stage you are not playing in your bedroom...

Btw, be sure you watch the new video with screencasts ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELivdvySUm0), the colour rendering is closer to reality (we had some light issue while we filmed the first video).
Most of the colors come from the clips anyways, you can decide how the app looks
New skins options will come pretty soon.
But if you get the chance to play out of your bedroom , I guess we'll discuss that point again

How do you scroll around the grid without accidentally launching a clip? Other apps have that problem when they combine scrolling with menu options but that's not as much of a problem as on something you might be recording or performing with.

you ll get very surprised to check how the navigation inside the clip grid is smart. While moving the grid with a finger by touching a clip (or several), the clip won't launch
We spent days focused on that feature, and it works perfectly.
I should make a little video just about that feature...good idea

I knew someone would be coming out with some kind of ableton touch controller with all the ins-outs: transport, clip grid, device rack control, etc - but the thing that is really impressive are the templates for native devices, like the EQ and stuff like that.. Wish I had an iPad

1. X/Y pads. These are essential; especially in the soft synth arena for things like Alchemy; where the morphing feature is a HUGE part of the playability.

2. Pitch bend. Both for the keys and the pads. Essential, really, just like the X/Y pads.

2- Pitch bend AND mod wheel.. maybe an x/y with those 2 params - with options for the "spring"
