Hallo Yawgmoth, are you from Germany? I lived there for 4 years. I lived right outside of Stuttgart(SP?) on a U.S. military base. The Berlin wall came down around a year or two after my family and I first moved there. Well anyways I listened to your tracks and Syek is my favorite. It has a ambient/hardcore feel to it. Kinda like what I would hear on the Industrial Strength Volume 4 cd. Good stuff!. My only complaint on that track is it ends a little too abrubtly. But I do like the cold and empty environment it gives me, alien and scarry. Qinosne feels like a hardcore track mixed in with that techno organ sound. I don't really think the organ sound fits in with the track but around the 1:36 point in time on the track makes wanna jump out of my seat and shake my ass and bob my head. Love that distorted synth line :P Controlling the house is good. I like how you kept the vocoded voice a little more in the background of the mix becuase vocoded voices that are made focal point in tracks are played out and old. I don't really care for the tribal style drums but then again tribal house is not my bag so... Once again the eerie pads draw up scary environments for me. I just love music that reminds me I'm not the only one that feels isolated in this world. The mixes on all of the tracks are great. And the things I don't like are only minor and my opinion so keep it up.

P.S. I wish I lived in Germany now cause I when I did live there I was too young to be going to raves. But someday I will take a vacation there and of course Amsterdamn.

Try downloading Quicktime and/or iTunes for PC: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

This should work
MacBook Pro 2.0, 2 GB RAM, Mac OS 10.6.8, Live 7.0.18, etc.

ITunes just made some ugly noice with the file (contention), others OK. QuickTime took me to a site for Tiger...

Now listening to vodetom... interesting... tape surgery... and memories of a horse race... a horse with a bad heart but running... taped...

No i'm not from Germany, but from Holland. I live about 120 km from the German border, so in US standards thats quite close.

Thank you for appreciating my music so much. Syek is a attempt of mine too see if I can produce ambient techno tracks. Qinosne is an attempt in drum&bass, but most people rate it as gabber or hard techno.

Controlling the house is rather different because it’s a remix off a Laurent Garnier track for a contest. The vocals where quite basic but I processed them with the vocorder of my Ion. I didn’t send it in, as I was not satisfied with the result. My webspace also has a link page with some links of sites that are interesting but not very well known.

Where can i hear your sounds?

Your www. link took me to what seemed to me like a German music forum or is it Dutch. Anyways here is a link to my crap. If you look at length in time between uploads you will see that I do not spend enough time working on tracks which is why I suck. I am truly the master of procrastination.

I'm working on completing Rustyspoons right now and I've been getting better at kicking my self in the arse to work on tracks not getting drunk and puttzing around on the net.

This is redundant to say, but we love Ableton soooo much. Our tracks are sequenced in Ableton, vocals recorded in Nuendo, 90% of drums are done in the venerable Hammerhead (why has nobody improved on this, by the way? Every other drum machine I've tried either has too many stupid knobs or sounds pathetic.)
