I've just messed up a project in live and saved it. Is there any way to restore to my last save point?

My lead synth just changed. I didn't go near it. I've checked all routings.
Any ideas?

If you crash regularly, as i do in live, search your system for the crashlogs, i rescued many a project that way..

Crashes recall data from the saved undo history when u try to reopen Live, so if he saved the set he won't be able to reload it.
