Geez,

Give em a break!

He only posted at the start of the month, he's said it's been submitted, what are you lot, tax enforcement officers?
I slipped into a daze, whilst I was there I heard the most startling music, it was at once familiar and alien, reassuring and unsettling.

We had to resend the app cause it apparently is needed to autorotate, a button to change rotation only when needed isn't allowed anymore.
Week end is here now, so, waiting few days more...

Thanks for the update. Apple are fussy buggers.

Sorry for the guys who 've been waiting for touchAble since 2 weeks yet, but it seems that Apple slowdown the review process since few days, we are not the only developers in this situation, hopefully everything is going to get better in the next days.
I wish you guys could already play with touchAble as a bunch of professionnal artists testers and reviewers have done it yet.

We ll post new tests and artists videos in the next days,
and can't wait to get feedbacks from all of you guys.

Yes, I can corroborate this - been waiting over a week for an app of mine to go from Waiting For Review to In Review - taking ages at the moment. Good luck!

I think they learned it from Apple.
1. Announce with a lot of noise a super toy that on paper beats all other toys
2. Build the hype with great videos showing off all it can do (preferably using celebrities)
3. Postpone the release at least 4 time (if you live in the NL like I do add 4 times to that )
4. Wait for the whole planet to go crazy and explode with impatience
5. Release the new toy and see the kilometer (or miles if you prefer) long lines in front of your stores as a result.
6 You laugh your ass off

Compare the amount of sales you get with this approach
1. Just realease your product and hope people notice it and buy it.
2. You cry yourself to sleep

It is there , it will come and we will buy it.....

..and then ignore the fact that it doesn't work properly unless you buy a cover that (purely by coincidence) happens to have been made by Apple  :)

Next time somebody has a go at Max for Live, just keep in mind that it takes less time to build all of this than it takes for Apple to approve an app.

http://createdigitalmusic.com/2010/08/2 ... controller

Its not going to be available, so you could call it vaporware.
But its finished, up and running and very smooth.
All built in less time than it takes Liine to add a stop all button to Griid.

MFL and TouchOSC rock for customizable OSC controllers!
And thanks to ST8 for the consulting. MFL or Python, its all the same damn API. I just don't speak python...
