How can I get pictures/notes to display in the Help Viewer?

How can I get pictures/notes to display in the Help Viewer?

Sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere but I cant find it.

Im trying to do what I see when opening a Live project downloaded from Ableton, there's always a picture and notes in the Help Viewer. Anyone have a link to a tutorial on how this is done? Thanks,
