Authorising Albeton Line 6 Edition after System Restore

Hi, hope someone can help me. Ive tried to get an resolution from the support team to no avail.

Recently i had a PC virus, so was forced to perform a complete restore of my PC, so had to reinstall my Ableton Live 5 Line 6 edition again. I have tried to authorise again via the normal route to get the upgrade to Live 8 but i get a "Page not found error" in IE8, Firefox & Google Chrome when i click the "Authorise this computer" button. Also tried the offline option but there is no Hardware Code in my preferences as the Upgrade is already unlocked there. Its just the Authrisation thats the problem. What else? oh yeah ive deleted my broswer cache incase its my browser but alas still no solution.

Ive told this story 3 or 4 times via the support team but i get the same " Use the offline option with your Hardware code" ITS NOT THERE!!!

When you click on Live Lite to Full Version what do you see??

i see that the upgrade is unlocked already. The problem is Auhtorising my computer as the page crashes when i try to Authorise my computer. Tried 4 different browsers, delete Cache. Oh and i cant Authorise offline as no Hardware Code is listed. Phew!
