Only audio effect can be placed in this kind of track

Hi,
I just downloaded a kick layering rack from quantize courses. designed to easily layer kicks (duh). anyway, ive put the .adg file in the "instruments rack" map in the presets folder of ableton. However when i try to open it, all the way at the bottem of ableton it gives the following message: Only audio effects can be placed in this kind of track. and nothing happens.

Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

sounds like you're trying to drop a midi effect on an audio track. make a midi track and try to drop it there.

ive tried to drop it on everything.
even double klick the .adg file in explorer so it would open up a new live automatically... nothing.

It’s not a problem it’s how things work. Audio tracks take Audio effects and MIDI tracks take MIDI effects

And only support the inclusion of effects etc. that are supported in the version of Live you have.
