Control Midi from an Audio track

I need to control midi out from an audio track by inserting a sort of plugin that can talk to midi while controlling it from an envelope to sync up to an audio track...is there is such thing? if not it might be a good idea of such a plugin!!!

So u need an envelope follower plug-in that will have MIDI output? I don't know any kind of this function plug.

yeah i know would be cool if something existed... so to control lights for example midi to dmx with an audio track!...

There are some plug-ins that analyze the audio's levels and convert them to velocity. Motu has one of these in DP. I think that Drumagog can also do something similar (both in real time).
