Sounds like you ripped off Green Velvet's Harmageddon and made it suck. Sorry for the harsh words, but it's poor.

I don't hear the similarity

Their melody doesn't sound like mine

And the mixing style is a lot different

I wouldn't mind you pointing it out more

I am totally open to trying people's suggestions

I'm all for experimentation but it's not exactly easy on the ear.
To me it sounds like a recording of a police raid on a cat farm. But maybe that was your intention.
Not massively similar to Harmageddon tbh.

The sounds all clash. Overlapping frequencies and jarring harmonies = discordant mess.

Maybe if you were on acid it might blow your mind/make you commit suicide but this is not my taste.

Thanks that's something I can work with

Is that a problem throughout the whole song or only near the end?

I would agree that the end is messy

I just listened to it again and I'm okay with the rest

But my virgin electronic ear might not know what to be listening for

*edit*
Also I'm listening to one of your mixes & you mention mixing it in headphones
I'm guessing that's a bad way to mix then
Shoots

Useful to listen to all music on as many different listening devices as possible - car/ipod headphones/docks/TV cd players etc.

Your track has lots of high/mid frequency clashes and disharmonic note juxtaposition. I think the end is all over the place, and for me it is just
I'm not an experienced producer by any means, but I recognise a lot of mistakes your making from when I started a few months ago.
Read as many articles as you can and watch the videos on music production in the tips and tricks thread.

Happy mixing :)
