Is there a way to do the hold-filter effects in live so popular in house music. I know that in every club that I go the dj is always doing that with pionneer cdj...But me I can figure it out to do it with ableton.... You know the effect consist of holding the lyrics or the beat and filtering it to do a break... I have max for live so there is maybe a patch that I can use to do it ????

I figured it out with max for live, some filter delay and auto filter. But if you don't own max for live the effect is not convincing.... The effect I meant was the one used to do at the end of a build up to create tension for the crowd... You loop a part and filterer it up......
