Virus TI Snow sync probs

Just to confirm:

Is anybody else having syncing problems with the snow?

Here's what works:
- plays PERFECT in sync when I play clips and NI Maschine isn't connected

Here's what doesn't:
- When I connect Maschine in my set after Virus TI control, Maschine is out of sync. If I delete TI Control, it works perfect again.
- Playing notes in realtime (not clicking them on with the mouse) is giving me some issues. Snow comes always later than my other synths (I'm talking about the midi notes, not the audio) but I think this may be normal cause you have to go to USB port and back. Maybe it's better if I connect an external keyboard to the physical midi in port?

Anyway, main problem is Maschine and Snow together, can't figure out why that doesn't work.

Oh btw, Virus has it's own USB port, as recommended.
Maschine is on a hub which is connected to the other usb port (but afaik this should be possible and I'm not having problems when TI Control is not loaded).

I don't have Virus, but NI Maschine.

Did you try to re-initialize the audio engine by clicking onto Live's CPU meter 2 times (1st for disable, 2nd for re-enable). Sometimes I have unusual lags in audio response when using Maschine. After doing the re-init trick, it's getting better.

I solved it ! Very strange, I have to make sure that, in Ableton, "MIDI From" also comes from the same Maschine
Whenever I choose another midi input for Maschine, it's back out of sync.
Don't get it why, but that solves the problem ...

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this,

I had the exact same issue with my virus TI and Maschine.

For me I had to make sure the record/ arm track button was pressed as well, otherwise I would get a really annoying latency

I got sync hick-ups to, recently.
Just followed the manuals suggestions, and it solved the problem.
