I've been exploring some of the Construction Kits that come with LIVE. I'm baffled by how the 5th scene clip called 1 Kit-Ethno(Operator) turns off. It is the source for gating the 5th strip, the Pad-Morphoder. But I can't figure out why when I hit the 5th scene the first track appears to play but it is silent even though the volume is turned up on the track.
Thanks for any help!

There is a clip automation envelope in operation on that channel which is flat-lining the volume. There's a little orange dot at the bottome of the fader. That means that parameter is being automated. If you go into the clip envelope view and select envelopes/mixer/track volume you'll see what I mean.

Thanks for your reply. That is a very useful feature. And now I understand how to impose the rhythm of one track as volume control (gate control) of another without the source track actually sounding. Cool.
