Synths all went out of tune

THIS IS BULLSHIT ABETON. seriously? no response? no idea? no work around? i know you are swamped but there are obv people here in need of a solution. i was prett tolerant of what has happened this year with bugs, etc, but you can at least say that the bug has been noted. SOMETHING!?

is it only with 3rd party VSTi.. not live's instruments?

and can it be fixed by putting a pitch midi plugin and adjusting it up by a 4th?

because i've had this problem when my alesis micron's power was turned off, and then turned on again.

Hi Ableton/ableton users,

Has this issue be sorted, or a fix been identified? I have had the same exact issue. Not using any special plug-ins, just Ableton-issue midi synths. MAC OSX Snow Leopard. Ableton 8.2.1. korg padKontrol (plugged in but not in use) Mix of Audio and Midi tracks. I think this happens when I add a new midi track, or edit some notes, and then when I go back to a previously recorded (and untouched) midi clip, it is out of tune. The notes in the midi clip are still the same as before out-of-tunage though.

The only way to detune a Midi track I can think of is pitchbend.
Hook up a midi monitor and watch it... It does not need automation, to be active. Midi devices and miditracks just listen to it. You could also force it by moving the pitchbend wheel...
I bet its along these lines, especially because a relaunch gets you back...
