Scrub in Arrangement View??

I've looked and googled to find the MIDI mapping location for scrubbing clips IN ARRANGEMENT VIEW but to no avail....
I've tried MIDI mapping clips but it only seems to work while I have the clip launched in Session View...
What am I missing here>

[EDIT] BTW, since I'm asking, anyone know of a transport control for the Loop Bracket in Arrangement? All I can find an "On/Off" setting but no way to adjust the "Loop Start/Punch-In Point"

just found out I needed this as well. I tried to put the loop start to a midi rotary knob. No go.

Yep, I'm still using "click and drag" on the loop brackets cos I never found a solution to this.
