Problems with Waves and Arturia plugins

Hey, I am having trouble getting my Waves Mercury and Arturia Brass plugins to show up in my plug-in devices.
After installing, they just don't show up even though I've installed it to my custom VST folder which I use for every other plugin!

Have you tried rescanning for plug-ins? Do you have the folder properly mapped in Live?

Odd - do you have the latest updates of the plug-ins?

Hm, not sure, I have Waves MErcury v5.0 and ARturia Brass v2.05

You'll want to check the Waves and Arturia pages to make sure you have the latest updates of each.

I'm having a similar problem with some Audio Damage plugins and XILS3 as well. I've tried scanning and rescanning, but they won't show up. I'm on a Win7 machine using 8.2.1,

Hi Nicholas, do you have a custom folder set for your plug-ins? If so, have you properly set the folder path within Live?

I do, and now I can't even get it to load at all. I'm having issues with all the UAD plug-ins as well now. It crashes after a looong scan time. I'm logged on as Admin (Win7 Pro x64), I've tried moving the folders, but for some reason it's still scanning the plug-ins, like there are "ghost" plug-ins.

waves 5.0 is not supported in Live - you need to update to 5.9.7 at least
