Velocity changes in note editor.

Im having trouble getting my chopped sample to do velocity changes in the note editor.
HEres a couple of pictures to show my setup.

when you say "chopped sample" do you mean after using "slice to new MIDI track"? Make sure that the velocity is not set to 0 on the simplers inside the rack.
