Hi Yann, let me make sure I'm getting your setup right: It sounds like you are using all 8 outputs on your interface, and patching those in directly to channels on your mixer. Is this correct?
If you're looking to use send effects in Live with this, then you just need to make sure that the routing is correct. Enable In/Out View, and make sure that the audio from the return channels that you want to use is going out to an output that you are using on your sound card. If, for example, you aren't using the master out, then you'll need to manually reroute the return tracks to go where you want them to go.
As to recording, are you looking to record in Live, or using an external recording device? If you're looking to record in Live, then it might be smarter to ditch the analog mixer. While you can manually patch a channel out of your interface back in to an input, you risk losing audio fidelity, and may get some accidental feedback. If you want to record in Live, using your interface, then it's easier to simply go to Preferences->Audio and make sure you have your interface enabled as an Audio Output device. If you're on Windows, make sure to use ASIO - on a Mac, use Core Audio. Next, the easiest thing to do is just have audio from all tracks routed to the Master track - you can change this, but keep in mind where you are sending audio to when it comes time to export your recording.
