Deleting Transients in long clips.

I am trying to find an easy way of doing this but can't. I have some material that needs to be part of a long set. In these clips I would like to get rid of all transients markers. I do not want them as they change the original tempo of the song. The set has clips of different tempo. To make matters worse. Thank you for your help.
