where CAN we give / receive live feedback?

I'm trying to find a magical place.

It's a conference video and text chat channel for audio junkies to give and receive instant feedback on their work. I envision a situation where visitors can share thoughts on tracks "now playing", and have a few dedicated moderators all invited to stream individual videos.

There was a recent post about a Facebook group where users can give and receive instant feedback on tracks in a chat window while they're listening. I'm not really too active on Facebook, and was wondering if there's a live forum similar to this one, but instant - perhaps even like a video chat Ustream channel.

I experimented for an hour with setting one up on Ustream the other day but failed technically, as I was unable to play a backing track and receive microphone signal at the same time, even through my dual-input soundcard (help?).

Machinima, a popular gaming channel, is hugely successful in this department - with users watching the streaming gameplay and commenting with live chat in a side window. Perhaps we could do this with Ableton tracks, too?

Dying to find / co-create this magical place...thoughts?

I'd love to see something like this. Online live tutorials would be pretty awesome too.
