Not another newbie soundcard question!!

So, I am finally getting serious about playing live using Live and have thus searched the forums at least two dozen times at this point looking for help on what sound card to get for my 15" G4 IBook...but there is SO MUCH information and so much CONLFICTING or CONFUSING information that I just have to annoyingly start a new thread...

Here is all that I want my soundcard to possess:

1. One good-sounding stereo output to go to the venue's sound system.
2. One stereo output for cueing in headphones.
3. (OPTIONAL) third or even fourth stereo output in case I want to use them for studio work.
4. At least 3-4 inputs, including ONE MICROPHONE, 1-2 MIDI and TWO ANALOG.
5. The lowest latency possible for a card of its type.

Surely there must be something reasonably priced that can do all of this...It seems like it's high-priced MOTU or RME stuff or "second-rate" M-Audio stuff and there's nothing in between according ot most conversations -- but surely there must be?

Right now I'm just using the built-in Core Audio card with an Evolution UC-33e on which essentially all of the assignables are used, so ultimately I would like to add a soundcard that will allow for the addition of not only extra ins and outs but a standard keyboard MIDI controller as well...

...looks to me like the M-Audio Ozonic does everything I want -- any other suggestions?

M-Audio second rate? You'll have to pry my Ozonic from my cold, lifeless hands before I give it up!

4 channels of 24-bit output, 4 channels of 24-bit input (1 with phantom power), more MIDI knobs, sliders, and buttons that you can remember (without putting stickies on them!), MIDI in and out, joystick, excellent 37 key aftertouch-sensitive keyboard, one Firewire lead carrying all audio, MIDI, AND power, and preset programmability more than you'll ever need. And rock-solid with Tiger. Easy 20 ms input & output latency.

Having said that, I wouldn't want to spill a beer on it, or drop it. Not quite as robust as my cast-iron Control Freak.

Ozonic and your Powerbook.. all you need. You don't even need electrical plugs.. the battery power from the Powerbook will power the Ozonic!

If you can find yourself a second hand Echo Layla24 or Gina, with the PCMCIA card, you will not look back.
