Ableton's Midi Clock + MPK25

I would like to have my MPK25 run the clock for my Ableton program. My goal is to use Ableton accompanying a live DJ set using Serato Itch. Tired of waiting for the Bridge to come our way, and desperately requiring tempo match between the two, I've decided to run it like this: Serato Itch output to DDM4000 Mixer, DDM4000 BPM counter assigned to Midi Clock, DDM4000 Midi Clock output to MPK25, MPK25 receives and uses Midi Clock from DDM4000, MPK25 sends Midi Clock to Ableton via USB, Ableton uses clock of MPK25.

So the connection I hope to make here is: Serato Itch BPM = Ableton BPM

My questions are: Will Ableton update constantly if my MPK25's BPM is changing?
Will my MPK25 update constantly if my DDM4000's Midi Clock is changing? (more of a midi question than ableton)
