BIG delay with Midi OUT !

With my new computer (Win 7 64 Bit, AMD Phenom II X6) I've got a big problem:
Whenever I do Midi out to an attached device, I get a Midi out delay of almost one second !!!
I tried with the following devices:
- Midi from Live track to Tascam US-144 (USB), from there to a Korg M50
- Midi from Live track directly to Korg M50 via USB
Both show the same behavior. All keys pressed, and also MTC, are delayed by almost one second. Everything else works fine.
I get NO delay when I
- send Midi from Live track via Rewire to another application
- send Midi keys from Live track to the Korg M50 Plugin editor in another track (unfortunately the MTC cannot be sent in this way)
- use Reaper as DAW and send Midi out from Reaper track to either the Tascam or M50.

Thus it seems to be an Ableton problem and I have no working solution to synchronize my Korg M50 sequencer as slave to Ableton.

DOES ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH MIDI OUT???

I have a similar problem, except mine is far worse. I'm getting 17 second delays when I try to play on my MIDI keyboard connected to a E-MU midi2x2 going to a VSTi. I've tried Reaper and it has no problems with VSTis or hardware synths. There must be something that we are missing.

Deeek, if I understand you right, then your problem is Midi in, or? But maybe it has a similar cause... Are you also using Win 7 64 bit? ... any other Midi devices installed?
