export audio in high quality

i try export audio from ableton in 320 kps quality, but i dont how

I assume you're talking about 320 Kbps mp3 as it seems to be the standard these days. Live doesn't export as mp3, but you can export wav (at a much higher rate) and use a third party program to convert it down to 320 mp3. I use sound forge when I want to do this, but many other programs (some free) will do as well.

i know, wrote bad
i mean when i export audio in wav and convert to mp3, have mp3 in 128 kps quality
and i want to know what i should change in preferences when i export audio that i made 320 kps

How are you converting to mp3?

I'm guessing you'll need to look at configuration in Switch then. The output from Live shouldn't be relevant.

i found it.. change preferences in switch
but i would like to know which audio preferences in export audio/video( what i should choose in sample rate and bit depth,...) to make best audio from ableton

16bit/44.1kHz, Type 2 dither if you're going to just convert to an Mp3 right away.
