Bouncing/Converting into mp3?

So I was wondering how to convert a finished piece of work to an mp3 on Ableton. I've got the Ableton 8 Suite, and the whole track is composed of MIDI, in case that makes a difference. Thanks in advance!

Ableton doesn't export as MP3, so you'd need to render the song as a 16bit/44.1kHz wav file, and then use another program to convert that to MP3. For OSX, I recommend Max from sbooth.org, on Windows try Razorlame.
