Simpler Question...

Hi THere

I have a very basic question regards simpler/sampler.

Does a clip have to be a specific file type to be successfully draggeed into simpler?

For example, If a play a note on a plugin instrument, recording it to a clip, do I need to convert it to a specific format before I can drag it into simpler

Audio clips will be fine. Wavs, aiffs, cbr mp3s will all be good as well.

Whenever I try to drag a clip from the channel strip into simpler it wontl let me drop anything in unless its a wav or mp3???

What else do you have in channel strips? I am assuming that you're not dragging midi clips into simpler
