How to get really big sounding melodic kicks for a bassline?

Ive been trying to get a bassline like this

But i cant find any sample kicks or process any to sound that clean or melodic?? can some1 please help me? would it be easier making a kick in microtonic?

That's not a 'melodic kick', just a normal kick with a simultaneous bass sound (in this case it sounds like a sine wave tone).

The 'kick and bass together' or 'bass follows kick' thing is an old and very well known production technique.

Just start your bass sound at the same time as your kicks, and mix them so they sound right to you.
