Problem with Remote SL 25 MK2

Hello, I have a problem when I use the Ableton's automap of my Remote SL 25 MK2.
When I simultaneously on the first both button(= reset parameter) and the launch scene button. playback stops. 8O

have you ever encountered this problem?
