How to start scene/clip playback other than from beginning

During live set construction it would be great to be able to start playback at a set point in time of a clip or set to review changes. But other than dragging the loop start point to another location - not efficient or practical - is there a way to have a clip start at a point of your choosing - like setting a point in the notes editor or the like?

Again - the manual is great! Read up on clips... It's doable.
