Questions on follow actions

Post by [email protected] » Mon May 30, 2005 4:17 pm

When I setup follow actions that launch other clips, how to make sure that all the clips in that scene get launched? AL is launching the next clip without the other tracks in the scene. Since a musical piece often requires all the tracks in each scene, this is really messing up my arrnagements.

From what I can see follow actions only allow for triggering clips in the same track and not the whole scene that clip is associated with?

Maybe this is done via automation - not sure?

You're right!

An arrangement, perhaps...

All you have to do is to use follow actions on every clip ! If you don't have clips just below in the next scene, just make very short silent clips that will trigger the "real" ones below. Works great.
