Strange MIDI Latency

I am controlling a Dave Smith TETR4 with a MOTU USB MIDI Unit and I am experiencing some MIDI delay when it's playing a specific point in the song. If I solo the track, it plays fine, but when I play it with everything else, there is a delay. I see the MIDI indicator light in Ableton playing in time, but I don't hear the sound until a beat or so after.

There is no MIDI info being sent at this particular point in the song and I'm using a dedicated port on the MOTU for the TETR4.

Any ideas?

I think I figured it out. I was spitting out MIDI Clock on that output and it must have confused the TETR4.
