I love how high and mighty the pro sasha camp tries to be, saying the the sasha "haters" are close minded and jealous.... But then they turn around and personally attack people because they don't like the same music as them.

now that's "gay."

please fuck off.

participating in threads like this is like arguing with 12 year old schoolboys on the bus who have had too much sugar.

Why dont yall just stop this silly argument and get back to whats essential:
Make music and write about how yall doing it.
For god sake this kind of shit bores the shit out of me.
And that goes for both sides.
Silly ass mfkers

Neil, you are being an ass. Bottom line. Come on man, you aren't attacking people in this thread? How are you somehow above all of this?

You're not. As far as I am concerned your just in here trolling to go at it with anyone who dares to dislike your beloved diety.

Really looking forward to your 11th post.

later.

By who's definition

Why do you give Sasha so much hassle? Because he's in the press and youre not?

Assuming we wish to be in the press in the first place

If you lot are so good and cutting edge, where are you in the press and club/events scene?

Umm cutting edge and getting press are too totally unrelated entities.
In general cuuting edge is largely the realm of the avante garde , outsider or underground music scenes.

Im sure most of you have been using ableton for years, well done, congratulations.. You want a medal?

No but a few self praising sycophants would be lovely

Is Sasha really taking the jam out of your donuts? Sasha has always been an innovator yes, why do you think he's been in the top 5 dj's in the world for the last 10 years or so, and still is? Because he's one of the best at it, techinally and musically.

No I don't eat Donuts and well I had Jam on my toast this morning. Personally being in the top 5 DJ's isn't something I aspire too .
This is probably due to the fact that I'm not a DJ.
Maybe he panders too the mass market.
Which in and of itself isn't a bad thing if you like being classed as the Mc.Donalds , Wendy's and Subway's of the Dj circuit I guess

How do you know he only uses 2 channels in Live at a time? Because someone took a photo of his screen when he had just 2 channels up there? The Essential mix, he had about 6 things running at once on several occasions.. If you dont know the music, youre not going to know what he's doing are you? Ive seen him use it a few times, and i know what he does with it, he's constantly remixing tracks live, making new vibes and changing the sound of everything.

What are you a closet PR guy who get's top spot looking over his shoulder and watching him work ? Seriously dude get a life or give Sasha a blow job already

And for you information i heard he was really pissed off about the P.R thing, its not how he wanted to be billed or perceived.

Yeah like it hasn't helped pad his ever expanding wallet. He wouldn't have the cult of uber Dj success without it now would he ..... get a grip

Why do you lot give him so much shit when he's actually helping the scene grow and move forward.. Theres not many that are doing it, and making it work, if so please send me a list of what dj's in the top 100 dj's that use Live.

And what scene might that be exactly bar hedonestic rave culture which keeps trying too repackage itself as something new and should have died a good 10 or so years ago in all reality

If you dont like what he does, fine, im sure most of you bang out obscure techno grooves that are so underground they only sell about 50 units..

Nope soory don't listen to techno much either :?

I dont get why people knock people when they get recognised? He's helping you guys, a lot.. You should be grateful.

Someone send the man a hooker and give him the clap he desrves

If you lot are so good and cutting edge, send me your mixes, would love to hear them and compare..Its so sad to read how you "underground geeks" are trying to make out Ableton's all yours all the time..

Why would I send you my mixes when I don't DJ .
I dont write dance music and don't do mix tapes.
I couldn't give a toss what you think of it either for what it's worth

Sad little men..

Hmmm yeah ditto

:D

I usually avoid the Sasha thread like the plague for this very reason but sorry I just had too vent ..............
My aren't the wings of butterflies beautiful and do they not make wonderful perturbations.....
