Clips will play but no sound???.... WHAT?!!

I made a big live set with about 5 tracks and 30 scenes i was working on it yesterday. I saved closed and opened it today... it lets me play any clips and the meters are saying that sound is playing... but there is no sound. my sound card is exactly the same as yesterday... Also the metronome is audible when i turn it on... im using alot of midi clips triggering field recordings. What could be wrong. The cpu meter stays around 10%... ??? so weird.. please help.
