i would like to know how sampling old stuff, so old daft punk sampled disco tracks and used it but you dont heard any others sounds like percussions,..

No, it doesn't work like that. When you hear a track, its a backed cake. If you'd like to have the eggs its made out of, you're out of luck, because those are in the cake now. The only thing you can do is to find a part of a track that doesn't contain the type of instrument you want to have left out.

true... but you can go a long way with band passing, eqing etc.

I'd like to add that you do want a high quality version of the original record in order to sample it. A 44,1khz wav or aiff is way better than an MP3 so it's not advisable to download anything from the web and sample it. If, however, you are going for a particular "old fashioned" effect, you may want to get a vinyl record and plug a turntable to your audio interface. Make sure you EQ it so you keep only the parts that are of the most interest for your track. You want to "clean" up the frequency spectrum as much as possible to make room for your own drums and instruments so it's basically like described above: the samples are just an ingredient but in order to bake the cake you still need to learn how to cook the whole thing
