PLS HELP - Cant trigger midi with my Radium49

Sorry for posting twice in one day on two different subject matters!

I cant seem to get my Radium49 controller to sync with Live. I found the Radium in Live's preferences and Im pretty sure all other preferences under Midi Sync tab are set correctly.

Controller is connected via USB and all drivers are installed and up to date.

Before purchasing Live 8 i was using version 7 on my same macbook and controller worked seamlessly with no issues.

Can anyone pls let me know why the Radium may not be working with Live 8?

Are you using windows? Try installing Bome's Midi Translator and see if thats picking up your signal?

I don't think you'll need the Sync button in the MIDI tab switched on in Preferences, so if that's on, turn it off, and make sure the Track button for the Radium's input is on and the same for Remote.

Using a macbook pro with Snow Leopard.

The sync buttons buttons are off and all others are on. Odd it was working prior to yesterday with Live 7.

Not sure if its a preference i have set incorrectly or if its a compatibility issue.

im hoping its a quick fix......even tho i have been at it for nearly 9 hours now.....lol

Any other suggestions are hugely appreciated.

Are the little lights in the top right corner coming on when you press keys? Is your track armed? Are the tracks choosers set correctly (to match the input of the Radium)?

There is no signal coming out in the top corner of the Live screen when i play keys. Track I believe is armed.
I apologize in advance if I sound like a bit of an amateur, but not sure what you mean by 'are the track choosers set correctly'

I just mean the choosers (drop-down menus) in the tracks, if not set right, could stop your MIDI getting through to the channel (as it's what they're supposed to do). Have a look at the I/O section of the track.

Though if there's no MIDI coming in anyway, I'm not sure...

Thanks for the tip....i do see what you mean....have the setting to All Ins in the midi track but still no midi coming through at all.

I wonder if i may need to midi map this particular controller as it is a bit older?? However again, with Live 7 there were no issues.
