I have made a loop. Now I want to jam with it and record. How do I set things up so my recording on a new track is continuous while the loop keeps playing. I just keep recording over my jam each time the loop re-loops.

Re: recording with loops
doing this in session view with the loop brackets
if you continuously loop record on a section
everything you play will be recorded and accessible
from the clip view at the bottom of the screen.
you can then move the start point of the clip to where ever you want.
if you use arrangement view just set the loop you want to jam with to loop
then arm another track and launch an empty clip slot in the armed track to record and stop the clip when your done
looper will work too for some situations
