Cannot Uninstall - APC40 Live 7.0.13 Win 7 64 bit

I installed and it locked up the computer to the point where I had to hit the reset button. Computer came back up and I reinstalled, this time successfully. I attempted to uninstall and I get the error "Invalid Install.log". I tried going to the command prompt, change directory to the 'Install' folder, and try from the command prompt but no joy.

I was planning on upgrading to some flavor of Live 8 but I'm very concerned about Win 7 64-bit compatibility.

How do I uninstall Live 7? I wouldn't call brute-force deleting the directory an "uninstall", as it leaves bits of the program and files all over the place. :\
