i was in the middle of downloading Abbey roads modern and vintage organs said it was ready but then went to install and my soundbanks were not there and my payment serial emails were gone contacted them waiting for a refund or a sight to download, but was i hacked i keep my computer sealed up anybody else had this happen to them.

While downloading the Abbey Roads Modern and Vintage Organ soundbanks from Native Instruments, it said that it was complete. I went to install the soundbanks, but they weren't there and my payment emails with the serial keys had gone missing. I contacted Native Instruments for a refund or somewhere to re-download the soundbanks, but haven't gotten a response yet. Even though I keep my computer sealed up, I think I was hacked. Has anybody else had this happen to them?

kinda of weird the email was gone got my pay pal copy but i sent the zip file when it was thru then i was reading a fucking magazine the vintage organ comes with the thing I am buying Monday but thinks for the support beating my head trying to figure it out.
