Some Waves CLA Plugins not working?

Hey guys,

I've just recently installed a Waves bundle that included some CLA plugins. Specifically, I'm interested in using the 1176 and La-2A emulations, but whenever I load either of them, I get this super high pitched distortion followed by complete silence. No matter how hard I hit either of these compressors, no audio ever comes out past the Waves plugin in the signal chain.

Interestingly, it only seems to be happening with the 76 and the 2a -- the La-3a works just fine in Ableton! I tried loading all of these plugs into WaveLab, and surely enough, the plugs worked there -- this leads me to believe it's an issue with Ableton.

Any ideas on what's going on here? I'm using Ableton 8.2.1 and Waves 7.1.1.6 on XP SP3.
