Had a HD fail on me & had to wipe it.

Couldn't reinstall Analog Factory so mailed Arturia support. Got a reply less than 5 minutes later with new license!

Just really impressed - exactly what you'd expect from a company that cares about its products and their users.

Glad to hear that. A few years ago this wasn't the case. I might look into some of their stuff again
