volume matter

hello there !!!!!!!! i'm new in ableton i have a project saved with multi track.
the audio 1 has the volume at 0 even when i modify and resaved it ,when i i reopen the project audio one still at 0
when i click on the volume cursor and select show automation i see audio is the one who has track volume not in it.
could someone help me??

Searching for Track Volume automation is a step in the right direction - also have a look at the control surfaces (if any) that are connected to your system.
