mapped midi presets?

hello again everyone

ok so bascially i was wondering if its possible to switch between two different 'layers' of midi mappings for a single live set.

for example can i have midi controller 1 2 and 3 set up to paramaters A B and C, then by pressing a button switch controllors 1 2 and 3 to be mapped to paramaters D E and F.

basically ive run out of buttons knobs and sliders for my live set and i need an easy way to switch between presets between songs!

mmh I think that left to the controller. you know like the different Banks on the AKAI's ?

i see how you could do it with channels on the midi controller, but unfortunately i need some paramaters to be controlled across the whole set by the same midi controllers and you can only assign one midi controller to one paramater in ableton as far as im aware..

any ideas?
