internal clock error

Post by andy » Mon Mar 03, 2003 2:46 am

Has anyone gotten an internal clock error, it goes something like, "internal clock 0 is unusable ... " etc etc. This usually occurs about 15-20 mins of using ableton to record, while monitoring through live. ableton then crashes. I am using ableton 2 with St Audio DSP2000 on a win2k machine. Thanks for any help.

Is a known problem with ST Audio cards [have it with the DSP24MK2] - most probably a bug in the asio driver

No it isn't fixed with the latest w2000 drivers .... you could use the directx drivers instead of asio .... higher latency; but no dropouts [touch wood]
